Founder and CEO

Debbie started Savvy Staging in 2009 with a passion to help her clients obtain top dollar for their listings and she loves that Savvy's staged properties stand out in the marketplace! She has always had an eye for design and style!Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and appreciates being outdoors. She frequently visits the beach in San Diego or visits the hiking trails in Peoria AZ!


Kelly Maxey

Director of Operations & Design

Kelly graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in Interior Design and started with Savvy as a lead Stager in 2016. Though versatile in every decor style, Contemporary Glam is her first love!Kelly has since transitioned into the role of Director of Operations and Design but you can still catch her working her magic in the field.  

April Bolley

Director of Business Development

April graduated from Arizona State University from the W.P. Carey School of Business in 2010, with a Degree in Marketing. She has always loved working with people and has a competitive edge!She worked as a corporate trainer and server throughout college, and then worked at a Title and Escrow Company for 2 and a half years as a Sales Executive. She has worked in the Real Estate Industry for many years and loves helping her clients get top dollar for their listings and stand out from the competition!

Kelly Berggren

Lead Stager

Kelly came to Savvy all the way from Indiana with her family in 2015. Kelly received a certificate in staging from HSR (Home Staging Resource). She is our Boho girl! You can find Kelly any given weekend at Goodwill and Savers making some great finds! She will transform any home into a well designed beauty!

Nicole Morgan

Lead Stager

Director of Social Media

Nicole started with Savvy in 2016. She attended The American Institute of Interior Design where she received her certificate with Honors. She is our very own "Joanna Gaines"! She is a hands on person and enjoys gardening and raising her baby chickens in her free time.:) She has also helped Savvy to grow a larger online social media presence, and has taken numerous courses to sharpen her skill in this area! Instagram is her favorite!


Karly Gruener

Lead Stager

Karly started with the Savvy team in 2019 and has 12 years of experience in the home Furnishings and Interior Design industry. Throughout her career, Karly has worked on projects ranging from tiny homes to multi-million dollar estates and from event stages to new-construction to corporate offices. Karly received her MBA from Western Governors University and loves Business almost as much as she loves Design! 


Brandon Gray

Lead Mover/ Logistics

Brandon was born in Sacramento and raised in San Jose California. He has called Arizona his home for many years now and has one of the strongest work ethics around! He has worked for 2 Men and a Truck, UPS, D Paul Remolding and more. He likes staying active and runs in his past time! He has great people skills and loves to serve others. He is here to grow with Savvy Staging AZ and learn the ins and outs of the Home Staging Business. 

Joel Hernandez

Lead Mover/Logistics

Joel has been with Savvy since 2016 and loves working for Savvy! He is a family man, and works extremely hard in his professional and personal life. He is a valuable asset to Savvy and we love his contagious smile!

Amber Mitchell

Market Makeover Specialist

Amber started with Savvy Staging AZ in March 2019. She has a heart and eye for design and is doing what she loves! Amber is part of our Market Makeover team and installs our stages. She is a valuable resource to all for design and style!
